Monday was my first class of "Exploring and Analyzing the Global City of London." It lasted 3 hours, which is a little longer than I'm used to...but I got through it! I'm really excited about it because every Thursday we go on a field trip to somewhere in the city of London instead of sitting in the classroom. We have a project due soon analyzing a "neighbourhood" in London and I have no idea which one to do it on! My professor seems really nice and easy-going and gave us advice on the best places to visit and travel to while we're here.
After class, Kiley and I finally found a place where we could use the Internet for free...and save our precious weekly minutes for times of boredom. We had a cup of tea at Pret A Manger...I have a feeling I will be going there a lot!

Kiley and I again decided we wanted to go out and met up with a guy from our CAPA program and ended up at a club called "Heaven." It was nothing like anything I've ever experienced before! Nothing like the pubs or little bars we've experienced so far. We had so much fun and danced around and were then told "you just wait til the show starts..." and the show ended up being gay/tranny strippers! Haha not what we were expecting but it was a lot of fun.
